Condor Liberation involved in another crash

Condor Liberation was involved in a crash at St Peter Port in Guernsey yesterday.

Guernsey Harbours say the ferry collided with the pontoon at St. Peter Port and a local leisure vessel.

The owner of the damage vessel has been informed of the incident..

It's the second time since the boat was launched two years ago that it has been involved in an incident in Guernsey.

On only its second day of service in the islands, the £50million new ferry crashed into St Peter Port.

The boat was out of action for more than a week.

Harbour Master, Captain Chad Murray confirmed there were no injuries.

He says the "incident is under investigation"
The incident is under investigation and it is too early to speculate what might have happened. The incident has not resulted in any injuries. Once initial findings are received, we will consider if a formal investigation is required. Condor are co-operating fully with Guernsey Harbours.
