Prodaja "3. maja" i "Kraljevice" upitna zbog cijene koncesijske naknade
Dok se novi postav Ministarstva gospodarstva obvezao u narednih mjesec dana privesti kraju razgovore sa »Jadranskim ulaganjima« i DIV-om , brodogradilištima se polako približava rok za plaćanje prvog dijela koncesijske naknade koja je od lani vezana uz godišnji prihod. Ako se u međuvremenu nešto ne promijeni ili nađe rješenje po ključu »vuk sit, a ovce na broju« – što teško da će više paliti pod bruxellskim povećalom – samo »3. maj« u ovoj će godini morati platiti oko 30 milijuna kuna koncesijske naknade. Riječki je škver, kao i svi ostali, prošle godine kroz poslovne knjige papirnato proveo obeštećenje države za isknjižene nekretnine na pomorskom dobru u iznosu od 3,2 milijarde kuna koje se tretiraju kao – prihod. Jedan posto od tih pustih milijardi lako je izračunati.
Ako bi državi glavni kamen spoticanja u pregovorima sa sadašnjim ponuditeljima mogla biti jamstva koja su »Jadranska ulaganja« i DIV spremna ponuditi kao zalog da će ispuniti svoje obveze, odnosno ulaganja iz plana restrukturiranja, onda je, s druge strane, potencijalnim kupcima to nova koncesijska naknada.
Vlasnik »Jadranskih ulaganja« Nenad Končar rezolutno je u izjavi za Novi list list kazao kako i dalje »čvrsto stoje iza svojih ponuda za kupnju 3. maja, Kraljevice i Brodotrogira«. I dok se njegov otac Danko u medijima još prije par mjeseci distancirao od ove poslovne akvizicije, poručivši kako bi bilo najbolje da se raspiše novi natječaj, mlađi Končar ustrajan je u tvrdnjama kako »Jadranska ulaganja« i dalje žele sva tri škvera. Prema njemu, jedino je pitanje kojom će se dinamikom potpisivati kupoprodajni ugovori.
Međutim, ove »gorljive« izjave padaju u vodu čim se dođe na koncesijsku naknadu od 1 posto od godišnjih prihoda. Nenad Končar ponovno ističe kako je to neodrživo za poslovanje, a u utorak je dodao i kako su u svojim ponudama za sva tri škvera jasno naznačili koje točke iz natječaja prihvaćaju, a koje ne. Ovakva cijena koncesije, sudeći prema njegovim riječima, ne spada u to. Vezivanje koncesije na godišnje prihode, u iznosu od 1 posto, ponajmanji je problem upravo za Brodotrogir u čijem je planu restrukturiranja, kojeg je odobrio i Bruxelles, više od polovice sadašnje površine škvera prenamjenjeno za komercijalne sadržaje, vezane uz marinu. Upravo je Brodotrogir jedini škver za kojeg je Danko Končar od samog početka bio zainteresiran.
Da se koncesijska naknada neće moći mijenjati ili tek tako »zakukuljiti«, ukazuje da su u Bruxellesu na to pitanje obratili posebnu pažnju.
