The successful candidate will be fully aware of how the electronics systems are interconnected, able to operate, understand and maintain equipment sufficiently. They will ensure that all wiring of equipment is up to industry standard, and know who his land based counterparts are and their availability to assist in IT update and repairs on board. Candidates are required to have previous cruise/passenger ship experience, as well as Electrical and Technical knowledge. Responsibilities will include PA systems, fire doors/systems, working with AMOS and AVO, computers, communication systems e.g. telephones, as well as all hotel equipment.
