PERSONNEL OFFICER Being part of our dedicated team, you will manage the day-to-day crew manning service activities including but not limited to: Responsibilities: • Arrange and coordinate travelling arrangements for on-off signing officers and crew in liaison with the Crewing Manager, Masters and Port Agents • Verify crew qualifications/documentation prior to joining • Liaise with agent for crew sign-on or sign-off • Keep contact with officers on vacation, monitor crew P&I and medical claim documentation • Update the crewing files and records • Handle visas and flag required certificates • Maintain updated vessel rotation plans and execution of agreed crewing strategies • Maintain updated COMPAS for all seafarers from crew manning pool • Handle all documentation, administration and deployment of crew • Update POB in/out signing (rotation); day-to-day POB • Follow up of mandatory certificates renewal, medical follow up, pre-assignment / Post-assignment briefings • Ensure performance appraisal follow-up and monthly reporting on crewing matters • Handle other crew matters as directed by the Crewing Manager, Manning Services Requirements: • University / College education degree • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Crew Manning services • Sound knowledge of STCW, MLC 2006 and relevant international manning, and flag state requirements • Fluent in English language (reading, writing and speaking) • Proficient in MS Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook and Adobe Reader • Able to operate specific software programmes in Crewing / Crew manning services

    Our partner is looking for the Junior Technical Superintendent for office based in Germany. Job Description: - Supervising vessels in all technical matters, i.e. maintaining, preparing repairs and dry-docking specifications and monitoring all repairs afloat and in dry-dock - Solving technical challenges - Monitoring vessel performance trends including speed, fuel and lube oil consumptions - Ensuring vessel compliance to classification, flag state and port state rules and regulations - Vessel inspections, in respect to technical, operation, ISM, ISPS, safety and environmental guidelines - Controlling the purchase of spares and consumables - Preparing OPEX budgets and reporting expenses against such budgets - Ensuring the workflow in compliance with internal procedures - Data maintenance - Extensive international travel, in some cases on short notice Experience: at least 2 contracts as 3rd Engineer (or higher ranks) on Dry Trades Type of contract: Permanent employment with probation period
