    As a Deck cadet, part of your duties will include helping to oversee the safe navigation of the ship, to ensure deck maintenance and to supervise the crew. Your working area will be predominantly on the ship's Bridge as well as other external deck areas. Job Requirements: In order to be eligible for sponsorship, applicants must own a British passport or should be EU nationals and a resident in the UK for a minimum of 12 months. HND: High grade passes at GCSE (grades A*- B) or the equivalent in English, Maths, Physics or Combined Science and at least one other subject. Plus (Foundation Degree/Scottish Diploma Entry Route): A Level or Level 3 equivalent with a minimum of 120 UCAS points or 48 UCAS Tariff points (including a numerate based subject in either Math or Science).
