We are currently seeking Executive Housekeepers to join our team. Our housekeeping division is a crucial and integral part of our success, not only to achieve the highest satisfaction ratings from our valued guests, but for our managers and crew members to thrive in a challenging and rewarding professional environment. Potential candidates must have at least five years of housekeeping managerial experience in a high volume four or five star hotel or cruise line. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): -> Managing at least 99 employees and 1000 guest staterooms; mentors, develops, provides training and evaluates team to ensure continuous improvement, planning for succession and smooth operation of housekeeping division and exceptional customer service ->Leads in achieving and exceeding goals and targets set for housekeeping including: stateroom accommodation ratings, attendant ratings, housekeeping operational reviews, GOLD Anchor quality reviews, USPH inspections and employee satisfaction ->Manages financial aspects and meets revenue targets of all housekeeping revenue streams, while analyzing operational problems, establishing controls, and partnering with other management team members to develop and implement new promotions ->Prepares and reviews yearly budgets and financial operational business plan to enhance overall business needs of the division -> Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by enforcing organizational standards, procedures and legal regulations, while effectively monitoring and making improvements to workplace safety throughout the ship ->Through excellence in leadership, also consistently supporting Royal Caribbean International's Gold Anchor Standards
