We are looking for 1st. Cook to join on cruise ships
JOB DESCRITION:
Responsible for the Food Preparation, Food Service and Cleaning Procedures for the section assigned to him.
Responsible for all food storerooms including fridges and freezers.
Responsible for maintenance and cleaning in the respective sections.
To takes part in food storage (quality and quantity controls) when required.
Maintains the high standard presentation of food and buffets, together with the Executive Chef and is responsible for planning, directing, controlling, cooking and co-ordination.
To articipate in all kitchen activities to the agreed standards and to the complete satisfaction of the passengers.
Responsible for the preparation and cooking of food to the highest standards to ascertain an efficient food service.

3rd Cooks
Asst. Cooks
Utility/Cleaners
REQUIRIMENTS:
Passport
STCW - Basic Safe Traininig
Crowd Management
Crisis Management
Security Awareness Training for all seafarer
International certicate vaccination
Previous experience on cruise shps or 5 star hotels
Fluent English skills
