Important group of logistic sector is looking for a Customer Service for one of their Marine Agencies in West Africa.
Responsibilities:
- prospect and maintenance of the clients' portfolio across the commercialization of the services.
- attention to the client.
- resolution of Incidences /management of claims clients.
- management of debts, payments, invoicing
- management, coordination and optimization of the CRM
- market researches making; for it thecandidate will identify the necessary information analyzing the results and presenting conclusions to present later recommendations
- to coordinate all the necessary functions in order to assure the fulfillment of the Responsibilities of Customer-Comercial according to the established standards of efficiency and quality
- to realize management reports infulfillment with the established KPI.

Requirements:
- experience in similar position minim of 3 years in the maritime transport sector, preferably in Marine Agency.
- Spanish Maternal language
- level of high English. Another language will be valued.
- excellent in the interpersonal relations, good capacity of listening and ofcommunication. Person capable of taking decisions and of contributing solutions in its responsibility area.
- high capacity of planning, faced to results.
- geographical mobility to West Africa.
