Assistant Hotel Manager
Responsible for coordinating, supporting, and delivering an exceptional guest service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.
What we offer:
Monthly basic salary transferred to a bank account of choice;
Tip equally shared through all crew members, average of 500 Euros per month;
Rotation: 3 months on board 1 month at home ( /- 30 days);
Vacation days: every month you will earn 7.5 vacation days on cumulative basis; these days arenpaid out at the end of your contract; Length of the contract: yearly, paid all the time;
Insurance: coverage by private insurance company - Allianz. Policy includes health insurance,
salary continuation, accident & death, permanent & total disability;
Travel policy: travel is arranged by Company from nearest airport to your home city till port of embarkation;
Shared accommodation and food included free of charge;
Refund for obtaining pre-joining Maltese Medical report as well as test on Alcohol & Drugs;
Please note that all contracts issued are Cayman seafarer contracts.
Skills/Qualifications:
Hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred;
Minimum two years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably in a 4 or 5 star restaurant and/or hotel;
Cruise ship experience is a plus;
Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills;
Strong organizational and computer skills;
Fluency in English.
Monthly consolidated wage: 2,800.00 USD
Vacation days per month: 7.5
