Security Officer (m/f)

Become part of the AIDA family! We are currently looking to fill the following position on board our ships: Security Officer (m/f)
Your chartered course:
- You will coordinate and control the implementation of security measures to protect guests and crew members, and implement the requirements of international regulations
- You also compile security analyses and concepts for regions and institutions with particular security risks or significance
- You will manage a team of up to nine employees
- You will assist in security inspections on board, and conduct appropriate drills in close coordination with the Safety and Environmental Protection departments
- You have to induct new crew members in security-related regulations.

Your previous ports of call:
- You have a degree in Security Management or an equivalent professional qualification from the police, army or comparable authority
- You are a practitioner with professional and managerial experience in relevant security fields, e.g. technical and staff monitoring and protection measures, de-escalation techniques and investigation management
- You have international experience in security projects, ideally working with teams of different nationalities
- You have a very good knowledge of English and are proficient in the use of MS Office
- You also stand out thanks to your decisiveness, assertiveness and strong communication skills.

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
