Along with the energy enterprise pyramid offshore oil and gas exploitation, the global offshore market regained and accelerates milder and development of OSV market. It is prospected that the demand of OSV in the global especially in Southeast Asia will witness growth over the next five years. The market expected will order level from about 400 OSV ships annually. Additionally OSV industry is not only put forward to the higher technical challenges, but also to the new industry rules. Current OSV fleet may not be sufficient in meeting demand due to charterers’ increasingly demanding requirements, and the push for younger and “greener” vessels by regulators. Through constant innovation and operating risk reduce, design and build a more safe, energy saving, powerful OSV has become the only choice of OSV industry.
